La Belle Esthetique makes every attempt to ship orders within one business day from order receipt. However, during periods of peak demand, orders may take up to three business days to process and dispatch.

Standard order processing and shipping operation hours are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday will be processed and shipped by Tuesday. Order processing and shipping may be affected by holidays.

La Belle Esthetique utilizes two fulfillment centers based in Brooklyn, New York, and Jersey City, New Jersey. Generally, all shipments will reach their destinations within 3 to 5 business days from the time of shipping. Orders typically ship from the fulfillment center closest to the destination. However, in some cases, orders may be split into multiple separate shipments or ship entirely from an alternate fulfillment center. All customers are encouraged to place orders 7-10 business days ahead of when needed to ensure timely delivery. Once orders are shipped, tracking information is sent via email with an estimated arrival date.

Overnight or expedited orders are offered through FedEx and carry an associated premium cost based on order value. Order processing times apply to all overnight and expedited shipments such as the next day, or second-day delivery isn't guaranteed. All orders where overnight or expedited shipping is purchased must be received no later than noon EST M-F to ship the same day; otherwise, the order will ship the next available business day.

Orders returned to La Belle Esthetique due to incorrect address information provided by the customer will be charged a second shipping fee for the order's reshipment to the corrected address.
